By offering practical guidance and reliable operational support, Establishy enables clients to concentrate on their core business activities and long-term growth.This is a full-time, on-site Driver / PRO role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves safely operating company vehicles, to transport documents, materials, and clients between government offices, business locations, and other designated sites. The Driver / PRO will manage and submit official paperwork, support government and regulatory processes, and ensure timely completion of renewals, approvals, and clearances. Daily tasks include planning routes, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep, coordinating schedules with the operations team, and providing courteous, professional assistance to clients during visits. The role also requires clear communication with internal teams and external authorities to support efficient business setup and related services.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong truck driving capabilities, including experience with Truck Driving and familiarity with operating trucks safely.Candidates should possess appropriate licensing and certifications, such as a valid CDL Class A (or equivalent UAE heavy vehicle license, if required for the role).Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients, colleagues, and government officials.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to provide professional, respectful, and solution-oriented support during all client interactions.Candidates should possess good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations, with a clean driving record and adherence to safety standards.Candidates should possess basic administrative and documentation skills to handle forms, applications, and government procedures accurately and on time.Relevant experience in PRO, government relations, or business setup services in the UAE is highly beneficial.Ability to communicate in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
