Preferred Driving School emphasizes clear communication with families and learners, offering responsive support and guidance throughout the training process.Role Description The Driving Instructor is a full-time, remote role focused on delivering high-quality instruction and support to learner drivers through virtual sessions and digital tools, with in-person sessions as required by local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and conducting lessons, teaching road rules and safe driving practices, assessing learner progress, and documenting training outcomes. The instructor will communicate with learners and families, provide feedback on driving skills, and tailor lesson plans to meet individual needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following all safety and regulatory guidelines, and coordinating with the school’s team to ensure a consistent learner experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Driving Instruction and Driver Training skills, with experience guiding new drivers.Candidates should possess knowledge of Road Safety principles and the ability to teach safe driving habits.Candidates should possess familiarity with Truck Driving or other vehicle types, where applicable to the training program.Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills, including the ability to create structured lesson plans.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and any required local instructor certifications.Ability to conduct remote instruction using online tools, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, professionalism, and the ability to work with learners of varied experience and confidence levels.Previous experience as a driving instructor, trainer, or educator is preferred.
