DRONE CLEANING TECHNICIAN / DRONE OPERATOR - Facade & High-Rise CleaningLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE – Project SitesDepartment: OperationsEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalaryWith Valid Drone License: AED 3,000 – 4,000/monthWithout Valid Drone License: AED 2,200 – 2,500/monthRole OverviewOur client is seeking a Drone Cleaning Technician / Drone Operator to perform drone-based cleaning operations for building facades, glass surfaces, solar panels, roofs, and other exterior structures across project sites in the UAE.The role involves operating commercial drones, conducting site and safety assessments, maintaining drone and cleaning equipment, completing operational documentation, and ensuring safe execution of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDrone OperationsOperate drone-based cleaning systems safely and efficiently.Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.Perform drone cleaning of building facades, glass, solar panels, roofs, and exterior surfaces.Monitor weather and site conditions before each operation.Follow approved flight plans and company SOPs.Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.Site & Safety OperationsConduct site inspections and risk assessments before starting work.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site representatives.Establish required safety zones and barricades.Ensure required permits and approvals are in place before operations.Follow all company HSE and safety procedures.Wear appropriate PPE and immediately report incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions.Ensure the safety of the public, clients, property, and project personnel.Equipment MaintenanceInspect and maintain drones, batteries, controllers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and accessories.Perform routine preventive maintenance.Identify and report equipment faults.Assist with basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.Ensure all equipment remains in safe working condition.DocumentationComplete daily work and operational reports.Maintain drone flight logs.Submit before-and-after photographs.Prepare service completion reports.Maintain equipment inspection and maintenance records.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 2 years of commercial drone operating experience preferred.Experience in drone-based facade cleaning, high-rise cleaning, inspections, or industrial drone operations is an advantage.Experience with cleaning systems and pressure-washing equipment is preferred.Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.Drone License RequirementsCandidates with a valid UAE drone/remote pilot license or certification will be given preference.Candidates without a currently valid drone license may also be considered based on relevant drone operating experience and technical skills.Candidates must be willing and eligible to meet applicable UAE requirements for commercial drone operations.Required SkillsStrong drone piloting and flight-planning skills.Understanding of drone operational and safety procedures.Ability to conduct site evaluations and risk assessments.Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Good communication and teamwork skills.Comfortable working outdoors and at high-rise project locations.Additional RequirementsWilling to travel across the UAE for project assignments.Comfortable working at commercial and high-rise sites.Flexible to work weekends, night shifts, or emergency call-outs when required.Able to work according to project schedules and operational requirements.Key Performance IndicatorsCompliance with applicable aviation, HSE, and company safety requirements.Zero preventable flight incidents.Timely completion of assigned projects.Consistent cleaning quality.Proper maintenance and handling of drone equipment.Accurate reporting and documentation.High client satisfaction.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV- jobs@elitehrconsultancy.com📱 WhatsApp: https://wa.me/971551226879
