Dry Bulk Chartering Manager | DubaiDubai, UAE | Full-Time | Base Salary + Performance-Linked IncentivesWe’re working with an established UAE-based physical commodity trading business looking to hire a Dry Bulk Chartering Manager to help establish and grow a new freight brokerage and chartering division.This is a commercially focused opportunity to build a chartering business from an early stage, leveraging an existing commodity trading platform while developing independent third-party business.The role offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to senior management and the opportunity to play a central role in shaping the growth of the division.The Role

• Originate cargo and vessel opportunities through an established network of shipowners, operators, charterers and cargo interests.
• Independently negotiate and conclude profitable Voyage, Time and Period Charter fixtures.
• Develop third-party chartering and freight brokerage business alongside supporting the company's existing commodity trading activities.
• Manage freight negotiations, voyage economics, charter party terms and commercial aspects of post-fixture execution.
• Build long-term commercial relationships and generate sustainable chartering revenue.What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in dry bulk chartering, shipbroking or commercial freight trading.
• A demonstrable track record of personally concluding fixtures and originating business.
• An established network of shipowners, operators, charterers and cargo interests.
• Experience across dry bulk vessel segments such as Handy, Supramax, Ultramax, Panamax or Capesize.
• Exposure to cargoes such as coal, clinker, cement, petcoke, grain or other bulk commodities. Cement and clinker experience is advantageous but not essential.
