The core objective is to bridge the industry-academia gap, sharpen algorithmic thinking, and significantly increase student employability in top-tier product-based IT companies.Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs focused on Data Structures, Algorithms, and Competitive Coding for B.Tech/MCA students.Hands-on Mentorship: Execute highly interactive training sessions, live-coding workshops, and webinars. Guide students through complex LeetCode-style problem-solving.Assessment & Tracking: Administer weekly coding contests, monitor performance data, track attendance, and provide actionable feedback on code optimization and space-time complexity.Placement Preparation: Conduct technical mock interviews and prepare students specifically for the hiring patterns of top tech giants (FAANG and leading MNCs).Sustainability: Execute the concept of sustainability (paperless learning) in all training and assessment delivery.Required Technical SkillsCore Programming: C, C++, Core Java, and Python.Algorithms & Logic: Fundamentals to Advanced DSA, Dynamic Programming (DP), Greedy Algorithms, Graphs, and Trees.Computer Science Fundamentals: OOPS Concepts, DBMS, and PL/SQL.Bonus (Desirable): Understanding of Full-Stack Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS) to guide diverse student projects.Functional Skills & AttributesMentorship Competency: Passionate about nurturing students and building their confidence in logic building.Dynamic Persona: Energetic, team player, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving academic environment.Holistic Intelligence: High Spiritual Quotient (SQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Intelligence Quotient (IQ) with an impeccable professional demeanor.Adaptability: Willing to exercise judgment, take calculated risks, and accept constructive feedback.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: B.Tech & M.Tech in IT/CSE, or MCA from top-tier institutes and reputed universities.
