FACE Prep Campus is committed to delivering some of India’s most employment-focused higher education programs.Role Description The DSA Trainer will deliver high-quality, classroom-based instruction in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to undergraduate learners at FACE Prep Campus in Jodhpur. This full-time, on-site role involves planning and structuring course content, preparing teaching materials, and conducting interactive lectures, labs, and problem-solving sessions. The trainer will design and evaluate assignments, tests, and practice modules, providing constructive feedback to help students build strong conceptual understanding and coding proficiency. Responsibilities also include mentoring students for interviews and competitive assessments, collaborating with academic coordinators to align content with industry expectations, and continuously updating teaching resources to reflect current best practices.Qualifications Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms, including arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, dynamic programming, and complexity analysis.Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for DSA instruction (such as C++, Java, or Python), with the ability to demonstrate and debug code in a classroom setting.Experience teaching, mentoring, or training students in technical subjects, preferably in a college, coaching, or edtech environment.Ability to design structured lesson plans, problem sets, and assessments that progressively build skills and measure learning outcomes.Clear, engaging communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible, student-friendly manner.Comfort working with modern learning tools and platforms, including presentation software, online coding environments, and LMS solutions.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.Familiarity with coding interview patterns, competitive programming, or placement-oriented training is an advantage.Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting learners from diverse academic and socio-economic backgrounds.
