D K V’s long-standing presence in the market reflects its commitment to reliability, service, and continuous improvement.Role Description The Dubai IT Experienced Outdoor Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves actively visiting and engaging prospective and existing clients to promote and sell IT hardware, software, and gaming products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, presenting product features and benefits, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing quotations and proposals. The role also includes maintaining strong client relationships, providing basic technical guidance on products, coordinating with internal teams for order processing, and following up on deliveries and after-sales support. The successful candidate will be expected to meet sales targets, report on market trends, and contribute to the growth of D K V’s IT business in the region.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with IT hardware, software, and gaming products.Candidates should possess Network Administration and Network Security skills to understand client infrastructure needs and recommend suitable solutions.Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to assist clients with basic technical issues and product-related questions.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations.Relevant experience in outdoor or field sales within the IT sector, preferably in the UAE market.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Dubai and surrounding areas for client visits.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
