You will define the local sales approach, create demand, close members, establish partnerships and develop the first employer pilot. This is a hands-on role with full accountability for commercial execution.What you will ownDubai Market & Partnerships Lead — Cureocity OrbDevelop the Dubai go-to-market plan: target customers, positioning, channels, sales process, launch activities and weekly targets.Build your own pipeline through prospecting, introductions, events, communities and partnerships.Run discovery calls and Orb demonstrations, prepare proposals, handle objections and close paid members yourself.Establish relationships with suitable clinics, labs, fitness businesses and communities. Negotiate proposed commercial terms and manage partner performance.Identify employer decision-makers, develop the corporate offer and lead the first opt-in pilot opportunity from initial meeting through proposal and close.Own the CRM, sales forecast and reporting across leads, conversations, proposals, collected revenue, onboarding and renewals.Coordinate with Cureocity’s product, member success and approved clinical partners to resolve launch problems and improve the offer.Ensure sales materials accurately describe the services available in Dubai and follow approved health-service claims.This is a non-clinical role. You will not interpret reports, diagnose conditions or provide medical advice.First 90 daysDays 1–30: Validate the available Dubai experience, produce the market launch plan, build a qualified prospect list, conduct at least 20 discovery conversations and close the first paid members once the offer is ready.Days 31–60: Establish a repeatable sales process, grow the founding member cohort and activate at least one measurable partner referral route.Days 61–90: Work toward 20–30 paying founding members, establish a second qualified partner route, and advance one employer opportunity to a defined pilot proposal or commercial decision.You will report weekly on qualified pipeline, conversion, collected revenue, partner-sourced members, reasons for lost sales, onboarding performance and early renewals. The final targets will be set against the approved Dubai offer and launch date.What we are looking forAt least three years of UAE experience personally selling premium consumer services, health or wellness memberships, or corporate benefits.Clear evidence that you have built a pipeline and closed revenue without relying on a founder’s network or sales activity.Experience creating productive local partnerships, with examples of customers or revenue they generated.Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, forecasting and CRM discipline.The ability to move between premium individual sales and employer-level commercial discussions.Clear spoken and written English.
