Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent – Alicante

We are recruiting on behalf of a client: a well-established international customer experience provider that supports a leading telecom brand. We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their team in Alicante, Spain.About the roleYou will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about mobile, internet and TV services. You will help customers with technical topics such as SIM card installation, setting up mobile internet, troubleshooting slow connections and configuring TV boxes. You will also spot opportunities to recommend suitable products and upgrades, always with the customer's needs in mind.What we are looking forExcellent Dutch, written and spoken (C2 level)Good working English (B1 level)A friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skillsA proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solvingComfortable with technology and confident with computersThe legal right to live and work in SpainAvailability for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekendsWhat we offerSalary of approx. EUR 2,095 gross per month for full-time workPerformance bonus of approx.
