Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent – Málaga

We are recruiting on behalf of a client: a well-established international customer experience provider that supports a leading telecom brand. We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their team in Málaga, Spain.About the roleYou will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about their mobile, internet and TV services. You will answer enquiries by phone, chat and email, resolve issues in a friendly and efficient way, and make sure every customer feels heard and well looked after. Where it fits, you will also recommend suitable products and upgrades, always with the customer's needs in mind.What we are looking forExcellent Dutch, written and spoken (C2 level)Good working English (B1 level)A friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skillsA proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solvingComfortable working with computers and learning new systemsThe legal right to live and work in SpainAvailability for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekendsWhat we offerSalary of approx. EUR 2,095 gross per month for full-time workPerformance bonus of approx.
