Duty Manager

At Paramount Hotel Dubai, every moment is part of the show—and we’re looking for a Duty Manager who knows how to keep the entire performance running seamlessly.As the operational lead in the absence of Department Managers and Directors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and seamless Front Stage delivery, while supporting and inspiring our Cast across the hotel.What you’ll be doing:🎭 Take overall responsibility for hotel operations during your duty✨ Ensure every Star receives a warm, personalised and anticipative experience👥 Lead, coach and support our Front Stage Cast to deliver Paramount standards⭐ Personally welcome VIP guests and key corporate clients📈 Monitor guest feedback, service performance and departmental KPIs to drive continuous improvement💰 Maintain strong commercial awareness across Front Office operations, including cashiering, PM accounts, inventory and upselling🏨 Work closely with Revenue, Events, Group Sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations🚀 Drive Paramount DISCOVERY enrolments, guest engagement and NOR1 upselling performance🛡️ Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and operational procedures🌙 Support Night Manager responsibilities when requiredWhat we’re looking for:

• Wide experience in Hotel and Front Office Management
• 2+ years’ experience as a Duty Manager within a 5-star hotel brand is desirable
• Strong knowledge of OPERA PMS and Front Stage operations
• Experience managing VIP arrivals and guest engagement
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, Spanish or German are an advantage
• Front Stage Operations certification or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; hotel school qualification is desirable
