Our Duty Medical Officers play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient clinical operations across our on-site healthcare units—supporting patient care, emergency response, and seamless coordination between clinical and administrative teams.Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide immediate clinical assessment and emergency medical care to patients at on-site healthcare centers during duty hours.Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and refer complex cases to specialists or hospitals as needed.Oversee the adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and documentation standards across medical staff.Coordinate with nursing, paramedical, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and patient flow.Conduct health screenings, wellness checks, and occupational health assessments as per organizational requirements.Respond to on-site medical emergencies and initiate life-saving interventions until advanced care arrives.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMBBS with valid registration with MCI/NMCBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred but not mandatory)Experience in emergency medicine or general practiceProficiency in using EHR or digital clinical documentation systemsStrong clinical decision-making under pressurePreferredExperience in industrial or corporate healthcare settingsKnowledge of occupational health and safety regulationsPrevious exposure to telemedicine or digital patient triage toolsBenefits & Culture HighlightsWork in a purpose-driven, tech-enabled healthcare environment focused on innovation and impact.Competitive compensation with shift allowances and emergency response incentives.Opportunities for clinical upskilling through in-house workshops and partnerships with leading medical institutes.Skills: medical officer,healthcare,dmo
