Location: DubaiDuration: 12+ Months contractJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Administrator to manage, secure and optimize its Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.

The role holder will ensure these business applications are stable, secure, compliant and well governed, and will enable CLIENT’S teams to build and use solutions that improve services for employees, healthcare professionals and the public.The role works closely with business stakeholders, developers, the Microsoft 365 and Azure teams, information security, and Microsoft and implementation partners.Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• [5–7]+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / Customer Engagement) and the Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, including the data model, security model, business rules, workflows and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.
• Experience implementing Power Platform governance, DLP policies, environment strategy and the CoE Starter Kit.
• Experience with ALM and DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps, Power Platform Build Tools, Power Platform CLI and pipelines.
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in application development, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to extend the platform beyond low-code where required.
• Familiarity with API development and integration, including RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication, JSON, OpenAPI (Swagger) definitions, custom connectors and Azure API Management, as well as programming experience in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript (e.g., plug-ins, PCF controls, Azure Functions).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration and Azure integration services.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, the Dataverse Web API, FetchXML and tools such as XrmToolBox.
• Experience in healthcare or government environments is preferred.Preferred Certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator (or equivalent Power Platform administration certification)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910 / MB-920)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) (advantageous)
• ITIL 4 Foundation (advantageous)
