Dynamics 365 Application Engineer | Power Platform

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Application Engineer to join a leading international financial services organisation.You will look after a business-critical CRM platform used by marketing, sales and client service teams, working in an Agile/DevOps team with a modern Microsoft stack.About the roleIn this role you will be the link between business users and technology. The platform you support is central to how the organisation manages client relationships, runs marketing and sales initiatives, and onboards and services clients. Your focus is on supporting, configuring and improving Dynamics 365 rather than building custom software.You will:Provide functional and technical support to Dynamics 365 users, and resolve incidents, service requests and platform issuesConfigure and maintain entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, security roles and workflowsTranslate business requirements into practical platform improvements together with stakeholdersBuild and maintain Power Automate and Power Apps solutionsCoordinate regression testing and user acceptance testing, and manage releases to productionMonitor platform health, spot recurring issues and drive continuous improvementHelp the business adopt new Dynamics and Power Platform features, including AI-powered capabilitiesKeep documentation, knowledge articles and procedures up to dateYou will work with internal teams, external suppliers and business stakeholders.
