To support this growth, we are opening a talent pipeline opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant at Middle or Senior level.This is not a vacancy yet, but we’d like to get acquainted with you, share more about Innoware, and discuss potential future cooperation.Planned zones of responsibility:1. Participating in pre-sale activities with potential clients, such as on-site and online meetings, including conducting demonstrations of the D365 BC system functionality.2. Participating in implementation and support projects of D365 BC together with the Innoware Team:Communicating with clients, gathering information about their business processes, describing them.Performing Fit/Gap Analysis.Configuring the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central according to customer business processes and requirements.Creating project documentation and agreeing on it with the client.Estimating time needed to complete tasks.Preparing technical tasks for the development team, cooperating with them to implement modifications in the system.Performing user acceptance testing – ensuring the provided functionality satisfies customer needs and requirements.Supporting customers during acceptance testing, deployment of new functionality, and Go-Live.Participating in data migration processes.Integrating D365 Business Central system with other systems and applications.Ensuring quality control.Qualification:3+ years of experience implementing D365 Business Central system in a Consultant or Analyst role.Deep knowledge of standard functionality of D365 Business Central.Understanding of all stages of an ERP implementation project.Experience working independently with clients’ business requirements.Experience participating in pre-sale meetings and making live system demonstrations.Strong understanding of business processes (finance and/or logistics, trade, production, etc.) and their automation in D365 Business Central.Knowledge of the UAE taxation, regulatory, and compliance requirements, experience in implementing them in D365 BC system.Fluency in English.Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.Nice to have: Microsoft certification.Soft skills: strong communication skills, systematic thinking, teamwork, focus on results and high quality, and a commitment to continuous professional development.We offer:Work in a company with 25 years of history, with projects in UAE and worldwide.Dynamic work, diverse tasks in a growing D365 Business Central team and Innoware’s UAE office.Opportunity to grow as a System Architect, Project Manager, or Team Lead, depending on your professional interests.An environment of open and professional communication, teamwork, knowledge sharing, honest relationships, and mutual trust.Working conditions:Hybrid work format: mainly remote work with periodic on-site meetings with clients.
