The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions to support business requirements and drive digital transformation initiatives.Experience: 4+ Years Location: Bangalore,Mode of Interview: F2F interview Notice period: Immediate joinerKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, actions, and integrations.Implement and optimize the Dynamics 365 security model, including roles, teams, and field-level security.Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript.Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms.Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production releases.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.Required SkillsMust HaveStrong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMExpertise in:Dynamics 365 Concepts (Schema, Relationships, Form Customization)JavaScriptPluginsCustom Workflows & ActionsSecurity ModelIntegrations (REST APIs, Web Services, etc.)Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules.Strong understanding of CRM architecture and customization.Good to Have SkillsCandidates should possess experience in at least two of the following:Azure FunctionsAzure Application InsightsPower BIData MigrationPower Apps Canvas AppsPower AutomatePower Apps Component Framework (PCF)QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience: 4+ Years (or as per project requirement)
