About the RoleWe're looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development experience to design, build, and support Dataverse solutions for our product (PREXA365) and client implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service & Marketing) and model-driven appsBuild C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIsWrite client-side scripts (JavaScript/TypeScript) and web resourcesDevelop PCF controls (React/TypeScript)Build Power Automate flows and Power Apps (canvas/model-driven)Build and maintain Azure components — Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key VaultStrong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE — Sales, Customer Service, and core CRM processes (lead-to-invoice, case management)Lead functional discussions with clients and business users — gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business processes into D365 solutionsPerform fit-gap analysis and recommend configuration vs. customizationDevelop Power Pages portals and Copilot Studio agentsIntegrate D365 with external systems via Web API and Azure servicesManage solutions, ALM, and deployments (Azure DevOps / Power Platform Pipelines)Configure security roles, business units, and teamsTroubleshoot, optimize performance, and support production issuesParticipate in requirement analysis, estimation, and code reviewsNice to HaveAI implementation or integration experience (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot in D365, AI Builder)AppSource / ISV product experienceCertifications: PL-400, PL-600, MB-210
