About the jobThe MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Finance & Operations (F&O) is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions within a dynamic business and enterprise environment. The role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, QA, and support functions to deliver scalable, process-driven, and high-quality ERP solutions while ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead requirement gathering sessions and analyze business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and OperationsConfigure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules based on business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizationsConduct gap analysis and propose optimal system-based solutionsSupport system integrations, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Provide functional support during system enhancements, upgrades, and go-live activitiesTroubleshoot functional issues across testing and production environmentsPrepare user documentation, process flows, and training materialsConduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessionsWork effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment ensuring on-time project deliveryRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field5+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsStrong functional expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Budgeting) and/or Supply Chain Management modulesExperience in end-to-end ERP implementation cycles (Requirement Gathering to Go-Live)Strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP best practicesExperience working with cross-functional technical and business teamsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProfessional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O are a strong plusPositive attitude with strong ownership and a continuous learning mindset
