Business Central Consultant — Stockholm, SwedenJob Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ConsultantLocation: Stockholm, SwedenEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are hiring on behalf of an established Microsoft Dynamics partner in Stockholm that is continuing to grow its Business Central practice.The business works closely with customers across a range of industries, delivering Business Central implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects. They are now looking for an experienced Business Central Consultant who can take ownership of customer requirements and help deliver practical, scalable solutions.This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with key users, finance teams, project managers, developers, and other consultants throughout the full project lifecycle.This is not simply a support-focused position. The business is looking for someone who can understand customer processes, challenge requirements where needed, and play an active role in improving how clients use Business Central.What You Will Be DoingDelivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and optimisation projectsRunning workshops and gathering requirements directly from customers and key stakeholdersTranslating business requirements into effective Business Central solutionsConfiguring Business Central around customer processesSupporting customers across areas such as finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and supply chainWorking closely with developers on customisations, integrations, and technical requirementsSupporting upgrades and migrations from Dynamics NAV and older Business Central environmentsProviding guidance and training to end users throughout implementation projectsManaging customer relationships and acting as a trusted Business Central advisorContributing to continuous improvements across customer solutions and internal delivery processesWhat We Are Looking ForAt least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV in a functional or consulting capacityExperience as a Business Central Consultant, Functional Consultant, Application Consultant, or closely related roleStrong understanding of business processes within areas such as finance, supply chain, purchasing, sales, or warehousingExperience gathering requirements and translating them into workable ERP solutionsConfident working directly with customers and senior stakeholdersStrong communication and analytical skillsComfortable taking ownership of projects and customer requirementsExperience with Power Platform, Power BI, integrations, or the wider Microsoft ecosystem is beneficialSwedish language skills are highly advantageousBased in or able to commute regularly to StockholmThe PackageCompetitive salary depending on experienceFlexible hybrid workingPension and standard Swedish employment benefitsMicrosoft training and certification supportClear progression opportunities within a growing Dynamics practiceOpportunity to work across a varied portfolio of Business Central implementations and optimisation projectsSupportive team environment with experienced Microsoft Dynamics professionalsWellness allowance and flexible working arrangements, where applicableInterested?If you have solid Business Central experience and are looking for a role where you can take real ownership of customer projects, develop further within the Microsoft ecosystem, and join a growing Dynamics team in Stockholm, we would love to hear from you.Apply directly or reach out to discuss the opportunity in confidence.
