D365 SCM Functional ConsultantExperience: 4–8 YearsShift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ISTRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced D365 SCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), specifically in Supply Chain Management (SCM).The ideal candidate should have experience in D365 SCM implementation, configuration, enhancements, production support, ticket management, fit-gap analysis, UAT, go-live support, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 SCM functional solutions.Configure and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management modules.Participate in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.Handle L2/L3 support tickets, including issue investigation, prioritization, resolution, and closure.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document solutions for recurring issues.Prepare functional specifications, process documents, workflow diagrams, test cases, and user guides.Support UAT, solution validation, QA activities, and issue management.Work closely with technical teams on customizations, integrations, reports, and data migration activities.Participate in requirement workshops, client discussions, solution demonstrations, and walkthroughs.Support go-live, post-go-live activities, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.Validate ERP data, reports, and operational processes.Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, technical consultants, and business stakeholders.Support Agile project activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project coordination.Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.Mandatory SkillsMicrosoft Dynamics AXDynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM)ERP Functional ConsultingBusiness Analysis & Requirements GatheringFit-Gap AnalysisBusiness Process DocumentationFunctional SpecificationsProcess Mapping & Workflow DocumentationERP Configuration SupportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Solution Validation & QA SupportL2/L3 Production SupportTicket Management & Issue ResolutionRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)Client & Stakeholder ManagementWorkshop FacilitationGo-Live & Post-Go-Live SupportPreferred SkillsSupply Chain Process KnowledgeProcurement Process KnowledgeInventory ManagementOperations ManagementData Migration SupportIntegration ConceptsReporting ValidationUser Training SupportAgile Project DeliveryProcess Improvement & Workflow OptimizationMicrosoft Dynamics or ERP Functional CertificationsQualificationsGraduate degree is mandatory.MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, Finance, or Operations Management is preferred.Microsoft Dynamics, ERP Functional, Business Analysis, or Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.Apply NowInterested candidates can share their updated CV at Khushboo@Sourcebae.com or WhatsApp it to 8827565832.Stay updated with our latest job opportunities and company news by following us on LinkedIn:Sourcebae on LinkedIn
