Dynamics CRM Developer/ .Net Developer

For our key clients in the Netherlands, we’re looking for a talented Dynamics CRM / .NET Developer to join one of our Microsoft Business Applications teams. You’ll work closely with Dutch clients and take ownership of CRM solutions end-to-end—from developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and .NET services to integrating third-party APIs and managing secure APIs through Azure API Management (APIM).We are a fast-growing team at Bangladesh Software Solution, building scalable and user-friendly web solutions for our European clients . To strengthen our team, internationally minded, enthusiastic, and driven fresh graduates to join our team in Dhaka Key Responsibilities Design, develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics Customer engagement) with other systemWorking with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using C#/.NETDesign, expose, and manage secure APIs through Azure API Management (APIM) and Azure ServicesBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML for automated testing and deploymentDrive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep to provision secure, scalable, and consistent cloud infrastructureUse Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes to deploy and operate reliable, scalable applicationsLead technical decisions across integrations, workflows, and AI/LLM-powered systemsUse AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools in daily engineering workflowsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of professional experience in programming for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMMinimum 5 year of experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and related frameworks, with experience in application design and implementation.Experience with Dynamics Customer engagement consider as plusHands-on experience with Plugins, JavaScript, .NET, data cleansing, data integration, data mapping, and managing data relationships.Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, configuration, and extension development.Strong software development skills in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and related frameworks, with experience in application design and implementation..Knowledge of integration patterns and tools, with experience building APIs, web services, and connectors between CRM, .NET applications, and third-party systems.Experience in Design, expose, and manage secure APIs through Azure API Management (APIM)Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Agile or similar development methodologies, source control (e.g., Git), and standard coding and documentation practices.Experience in offshore or outsourcing environments and exposure to global clients is an advantage.What we offerCompetitive salary matching top market standards.Career growth in a rapidly expanding AI engineering department.A collaborative, high-performing agile environment.Flexible schedule arrangements.Interested?
