As a forward-looking company, Growit India provides robust products, best farming practices, and optimized, cost-effective supply chain management.Role Description The Dynamics Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related systems to support Growit India’s business operations. Day-to-day tasks include customizing and extending 365 Business Central functionalities, building integrations with other applications, and translating business processes into efficient technical solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize workflows for supply chain, finance, and agricultural operations. The Dynamics Developer will also ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to established development standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.QualificationsStrong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms.Hands-on expertise in 365 Business Central configuration and customization, including development of extensions, reports, and forms.Experience in Integration of 365 Business Central with external systems, APIs, and databases to support seamless data flow.Ability to analyze and model Business Process requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Knowledge of SQL, C/AL, AL, or related languages and tools used in Dynamics development.Good understanding of ERP concepts, supply chain, finance, or manufacturing domains is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Effective written and verbal communication skills and willingness to work on-site in Surat.
