Job Description: D365 CRM Technical Developer Experience: 8+ years (10+ preferred) Location: PAN India (hybrid) Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Technical Developer to join a global engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) configuration, customization, and integration with external systems using the Azure technology stack.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize solutions on Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)Build and maintain Model-Driven AppsDevelop plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript web resourcesDesign and build inbound/outbound integrations between D365 CE and external systemsWork with Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Service Queues for integration developmentCollaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environmentsFollow best practices for performance, security, and scalabilityMust-Have Skills:8+ years (10+ preferred) of hands-on D365 CRM technical development experienceStrong expertise in D365 CE Configuration & CustomizationStrong expertise in Model-Driven AppsProven experience building D365 CE integrations (inbound and outbound) with external systemsHands-on experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Service QueuesGood-to-Have Skills:Logic AppsPower PagesCanvas AppsIf interested, please share your updated resume at hr@runmapglobal.com
