Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Dynamics Functional Analyst Lead with 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, and Enterprise CRM Functional Modules. The ideal candidate will lead business analysis activities for large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformations, working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA throughout the project lifecycle.The candidate should have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Sales/Service, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, workshops, functional specifications, and Agile delivery.Must-Have Skills8+ years of Business Analysis / Consulting experienceStrong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional experienceDeep expertise in D365 Sales and/or Customer ServiceExperience leading large-scale CRM transformation projects from discovery through design and go-liveStrong Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, and Functional SpecificationsExperience conducting CRP / Design / Demo / Approach workshops with business stakeholdersExperience working closely with business, development, and QA teamsStrong understanding of Core CRM ProcessesExperience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online / D365Knowledge of D365 Customer InsightsUnderstanding of D365 CRM Security ModelStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience working in an Agile delivery modelPreferred SkillsKnowledge of Copilot capabilities in Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365D365 product roadmap knowledgeRelevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certificationsExperience with end-to-end digital transformation, application development, and production supportExperience collaborating with distributed customer and delivery teams
