• Worked on detailed gap analysis and requirement and worked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Involved in various project activities likeo Discovery, process mapping and CRP/design/Demo lead workshops with business stakeholderso Requirement Gatheringo Gap Fit Analysis
• Should have a good understanding of Core CRM Processes, Copilot capabilities in M365/D365
• D365 CRM security model, product roadmap & certification (preferable)Roles & Responsibilities
