Location: Tampa, FL: Hybrid — 3 days in office / 2 days remote after trainingRole: Direct HirePay: $65,000–$85,000Position OverviewSeeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to oversee electronic billing for institutional clients and ensure invoices are submitted accurately, timely, and in compliance with client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit high-volume electronic invoicesFollow client billing guidelines and outside counsel requirementsSet up new clients and matters within e-billing platformsSubmit invoices, budgets, timekeeper rates, and accrualsMonitor invoice acceptance, rejections, and reductionsResearch billing issues and submit appealsRespond to client billing inquiries and resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate billing records and meet deadlinesSupport special billing projects as neededQualifications5+ years of legal e-billing experience; law firm experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of legal billing and e-billing processesExperience with TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, Passport/Datacert, Legal Tracker/Serengeti, or CounselLinkStrong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflowsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office
