Position: E-BILLING SPECIALISTLocation: West Palm Beach, FL: Hybrid — 3 days in office / 2 days remote after trainingRole: Direct HirePay Range: $65,000–$85,000Position OverviewSeeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to manage electronic billing for large institutional clients. Responsible for accurate and timely invoice submission, compliance with client billing guidelines, and resolution of billing rejections and discrepancies.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit high-volume electronic invoices in accordance with client guidelines and fee agreementsManage client and matter setup within e-billing platformsSubmit invoices, budgets, timekeeper rates, and accrualsMonitor invoice status and resolve rejected or reduced invoicesPrepare and submit billing appealsResearch and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiriesMaintain accurate billing records and meet strict deadlinesAssist with special billing projects as neededQualifications5+ years of legal e-billing experience; law firm experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of legal billing processes and outside counsel guidelinesExperience with e-billing platforms such as TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, Passport/Datacert, Legal Tracker/Serengeti, or CounselLinkStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage high-volume billing and multiple deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office
