E-Channel Banking Project Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced E-Channel Banking Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic e-channel banking initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, governance, and continuous improvement.The role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure e-channel banking solutions meet business requirements, regulatory expectations, customer needs, and organizational objectives.The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, lead project teams, manage multiple initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of e-channel banking projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the identification, gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and user requirements for e-channel banking products and services.Analyze existing e-channel systems and processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.Engage with business, technology, and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and maintain alignment with business objectives.Develop functional specifications and solution designs to address business requirements.Lead and oversee the planning, execution, implementation, and monitoring of e-channel banking projects.Ensure comprehensive testing and quality assurance of e-channel systems, including functionality, performance, and security validation.Ensure appropriate project documentation, requirements documentation, process documentation, and progress reporting are maintained.Ensure e-channel solutions comply with applicable regulatory requirements and establish appropriate risk management measures.Support user training, adoption, and post-implementation support for new e-channel solutions.Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhanced user experience, and operational efficiency.Develop and execute strategic project plans for e-channel banking initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.Lead, mentor, and support project managers and project teams to ensure effective project execution and professional development.Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure expectations, requirements, and concerns are effectively addressed.Oversee multiple e-channel projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and expected business value.Oversee and approve project budgets, ensuring appropriate financial control and cost efficiency.Establish and implement project governance frameworks in line with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.Monitor project performance, identify risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions where required.Lead change management initiatives to support smooth implementation, transition, and user adoption of new e-channel systems.Prepare and present executive-level reports covering project progress, risks, key achievements, and overall delivery status.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in e-channel / digital banking and banking technology projects.Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, project implementation, and testing.Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, risks, governance, and senior stakeholders.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience with change management, continuous improvement, and executive-level reporting.Strong understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements.Also, you can submit your CV through the link below for more upcoming job vacancies:https://cv-fnrco.com
