🚨 Hiring: E-commerce Accountant | Showoffff RetailShowoffff Retail is looking for an experienced E-commerce Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Bangalore.If you have hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting, marketplace reconciliation, GST, TDS, Excel, and payment gateway reconciliation, we would love to hear from you!📌 Position: E-commerce AccountantExperience: 1–3 YearsLocation: Bangalore – Showoff RetailWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayDepartment: Finance & AccountsEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.• Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations.• Reconcile marketplace transactions across Amazon, Myntra, Ajio and other online sales channels.• Verify sales, returns, refunds, commissions and marketplace settlement reports.• Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding payments, where applicable.• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.• Prepare GST workings and support statutory compliance.• Handle TDS calculations and maintain compliance records.• Prepare MIS, sales and financial reports for management review.• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.• Work closely with E-commerce, Operations and Finance teams to resolve reconciliation discrepancies.Required Skills• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.• Hands-on experience in E-commerce Accounting & Marketplace Reconciliation.• Good knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.• Experience with Payment Gateway Reconciliation such as Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, etc.• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy or similar accounting software.• Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and MIS Reporting.• Understanding of marketplace settlements, commissions, returns and refunds.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.• Knowledge of ERP and inventory accounting will be an added advantage.Key Skills We Are Looking ForMarketplace Reconciliation | GST | Tally Prime | Advanced Excel | Payment Gateway Reconciliation | Month-End Closing | MIS Reporting | Sales Return & Refund AccountingPreferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in E-commerce, D2C, Fashion, Retail or Marketplace businesses will be preferred.Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, Nykaa, Flipkart or similar marketplaces will be an added advantage.📩 Interested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or share their updated CV with the HR/Recruitment team.#Hiring #EcommerceJobs #EcommerceAccountant #AccountantJobs #FinanceJobs #AccountingJobs #BangaloreJobs #Ecommerce #MarketplaceReconciliation #TallyPrime #GST #MIS #HiringNow #ShowoffRetail
