E-commerce & Customer Support Specialist

Location: Ruse, Bulgaria (On-site)Demetra Shoes is looking for an organized and proactive E-commerce & Customer Support Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our online store, customer communication and supporting our digital presence.ResponsibilitiesManage and process online orders.Communicate with customers via phone, email and social media.Handle exchanges, returns and customer inquiries.Upload and maintain products in our WooCommerce store.Update product information, pricing and stock availability.Publish content across our social media channels.Create simple promotional materials using Canva.Support marketing campaigns and daily business operations.RequirementsExcellent communication and organizational skills.Good computer literacy.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce is an advantage.Experience in e-commerce, customer support or digital marketing is considered a plus.What we offerCompetitive salary.Long-term opportunity in a growing e-commerce business.Supportive and friendly working environment.Opportunity to develop your skills in e-commerce and digital marketing.If you're interested, we'd love to hear from you.
