WE ARE HIRINGE-Commerce & Digital Sales SpecialistLocation: Rawalpindi / IslamabadDepartment: Commercial / SalesEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Sales Specialist to manage and grow our online sales business across multiple e-commerce and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop sales through multiple e-commerce and online platforms.Develop and implement strategies to achieve online sales targets.Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory and online visibility.Identify new digital sales channels and business opportunities.Monitor sales performance, customer behavior and market trends.Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Finance and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Manage customer inquiries, orders and after-sales support across digital platforms.Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns to increase sales.Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.Maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and relevant partners.Continuously explore new platforms and opportunities to expand the company's digital sales presence.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales or online business development.Proven experience in managing sales through multiple online platforms.Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing and online customer acquisition.Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation and business growth.Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce/digital sales tools.What We Offer:Competitive salary packagePerformance-based incentivesProfessional growth opportunitiesDynamic and growth-oriented work environment
