Location: Noida | Work From OfficeExperience: 4–6 YearsIndustry: Beauty | Wellness | D2CAbout EfforaEffora is building India’s premium Beauty & Wellness brand focused on routines, recovery and visible results.We’re looking for someone who can own e-commerce and marketplace growth end to end and work closely with the Founder to scale revenue, improve customer experience and build strong operating systems.What You’ll OwnE-commerce & Marketplace GrowthOwn revenue and operations across Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, Tira, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other platforms.Drive marketplace launches, listings, merchandising, promotions, paid visibility and organic ranking.Identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversion, ASP and profitability.Operations & FulfilmentOwn the complete order lifecycle from confirmation to successful delivery.Coordinate inventory, warehouse, logistics, NDR, RTO, returns and replacements.Ensure stock availability across channels and minimize revenue loss due to stockouts or fulfilment issues.Customer Experience & RetentionImprove post-purchase experience, CSAT/NPS, reviews and ratings.Build systems for customer feedback, issue resolution and retention.Work with Growth and Product teams to convert customer insights into improvements.Analytics & Business OwnershipTrack revenue, channel mix, margins, marketplace health, inventory and operational KPIs.Build scalable SOPs, dashboards and processes.Identify bottlenecks proactively and drive solutions without waiting for instructions.What We’re Looking For4–6 years of e-commerce/marketplace experience, preferably in Beauty, Wellness or Consumer D2C.Strong experience across Shopify and major Indian marketplaces.Proven ownership of revenue, marketplace growth, fulfilment and inventory.Strong understanding of P&L, margins, promotions, marketplace ads and unit economics.High ownership, strong analytical ability and excellent stakeholder management.Comfortable operating in a fast-moving Founder’s Office environment.Success MetricsRevenue Growth | Marketplace Contribution | Organic Marketplace Revenue | Contribution Margin | Stock Availability | RTO Reduction | On-Time Delivery | Reviews & Ratings | CSAT/NPS | Operational EfficiencyWhy Effora?Work directly with the Founder.Own a high-impact revenue function.Build and scale multiple e-commerce channels from the ground up.Opportunity to build systems, teams and processes with significant ownership.Interested?
