E-commerce and Online Sales Specialist

Role ObjectiveManage day-to-day online sales of TEKA products across UAE online retailers and marketplaces. Keep stock, prices and promotions accurate and live, resolve sales operations issues quickly and turning online and marketplace activity into profitable salesMain ResponsibilitiesDrive day-to-day online sales performance for TEKA products across e-retailers and marketplaces.Update stock levels on all platforms; flag stock mismatches and out-of-stock risks.Manage pricing: monitor online prices against approved price lists and update prices on each platform.Plan and submit promotions; ensure all offers are active and correct across every platform, check margin, stock readiness.Manage sales operations and coordinate orders, fulfilment, returns and settlement internal teams.Support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning and executing online campaigns and digital sales initiatives.Build strong relationships with internal teams and e-commerce partners; report sales, stock and promotion results.Prioritize work across outsourced support roles and follow platform cases through to closure.Candidate Requirements1-2 years in e-commerce, online sales or marketplace operations, ideally in the UAE.Hands-on experience with Amazon, noon or other e-retailer seller or vendor portals.Bachelor's degree in Sales, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.Practical Excel and Microsoft Office skills; meticulous with product codes, prices and stock data.Self-motivated problem solver with strong written and spoken English.Interest in home appliances or electronics; experience with design and editing tools is a plus.Key Success MeasuresOnline sales against agreed targets by partner and category.Accurate stock, prices and listings across all platforms.Promotions live on time and in line with approved commercial terms.Order release cases resolved within agreed timelines.Timely support to digital campaigns and strong partner relationships.About MideaMidea Group is the world’s largest manufacturer of consumer appliances and major appliances.
