Apply & track with Apply EdgeSystems Limited is looking for an E-Commerce Associate to Own the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring smooth business-as-usual (BAU) activities and adherence to agreed service levels.ResponsibilitiesManage the Shopify platform, acting as the primary point of contact for platform administration, issue resolution, configuration, and continuous improvements.Manage website content and updates using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring all website pages, banners, landing pages, and digital content are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business and brand requirements.Maintain the online product catalogue, collections, pricing, product information, imagery, and merchandising to ensure an optimal customer experience.Coordinate the setup, testing, validation, and monitoring of promotional offers, discounts, and coupon campaigns to ensure successful execution and compliance with business requirements.Support campaign launches by coordinating digital implementations across the website and eCommerce platforms, ensuring timely and error-free deployment.Monitor subscription services and recurring orders, proactively managing renewals, failed payments, and customer-related issues.Perform regular audits of promotions, pricing, and customer offers to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved business requirements.Monitor platform performance, order flow, inventory availability, and operational health, escalating issues to relevant teams when required.Support order management processes by ensuring orders are processed, fulfilled, and dispatched within agreed service levels.Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to resolve fulfilment issues, shipment delays, and customer escalations.Prepare and maintain regular operational and performance reports, providing insights into eCommerce performance, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics.Work closely with marketing, digital, technology, and commercial teams to support new launches, website enhancements, promotional activities, and continuous platform improvements.Ensure all website and eCommerce content complies with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, website management, or digital commerce.Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, including catalogue management, merchandising, and order operations.Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for website content management and page updates.Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, online merchandising, promotions, and digital customer journeys.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, customer service, and technology.Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare operational reports and identify performance improvement opportunities.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
