If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and enjoy wearing multiple hats, we’d love to meet you.Position OverviewThe E-Commerce & Client Relations Specialist is responsible for managing and growing our online business while creating an exceptional experience for every client from the moment they place an order to long after it arrives.This role is much more than order fulfillment. You’ll help build long-term customer relationships by creating thoughtful touchpoints, identifying opportunities to delight clients, and turning one-time shoppers into lifelong customers. You’ll partner closely with our merchandising team to ensure products are represented beautifully online while helping grow our e-commerce business through exceptional service, proactive communication, and personalized clienteling.This is a hybrid position based at our headquarters in La Jolla.
