🚀 We're Hiring: E-Commerce Operations Specialist📍 Location: Dubai, UAEWe're looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our growing team and manage the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces.Key Responsibilities📦 Process customer orders and coordinate order fulfillment.📊 Monitor inventory and maintain stock accuracy across all platforms.🛍️ Create and manage product listings, including bulk uploads.💰 Update pricing and promotional campaigns.↩️ Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.🖼️ Maintain product content, including titles, descriptions, images, and variants.📋 Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve inventory and fulfillment issues.🔍 Monitor listings for errors, inactive products, pricing discrepancies, and out-of-stock items.Requirements✅ 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce Operations.✅ Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Shopify, or similar marketplaces is preferred.✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high order volumes.✅ Good organizational and multitasking skills.✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.Salary💰 AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month (based on experience)cv@sams-dubai.com
