E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate

Petit Moments - E-Commerce Operations & Fulfillment AssociatePetit Moments is a rapidly growing, female-founded accessories brand that partners with leading retailers including Nordstrom, REVOLVE, Macy's, Anthropologie, and more.We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Fulfillment Associate to support our direct-to-consumer, dropship, marketplace, inventory, and day-to-day office operations. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on accurate order fulfillment, receiving and organizing product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable balancing physical fulfillment work with system-based order and inventory management.Core Functions- Fulfill daily DTC, dropship, and marketplace orders, including picking, packing, shipping, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.- Monitor and manage orders across Shopify, Apparel Magic, DSCO, Mirakl, shipping platforms, and marketplace or retailer portals as applicable.- Review daily order queues and proactively resolve fulfillment exceptions, inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and other order-related problems.- Receive incoming product shipments, verify quantities against packing lists or purchase orders, and inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy.- Label, organize, put away, and maintain product inventory across the office, showroom, and stock areas so merchandise is easy to locate and fulfillment-ready.- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations, update inventory records in Apparel Magic and related systems, and investigate discrepancies.- Coordinate inventory transfers, replenishment needs, and shipment-related issues with our 3PL partner to support accurate inventory availability across channels.- Process returns, restocks, damaged product, and other inventory adjustments as needed, ensuring system inventory remains accurate.- Maintain shipping materials, packaging supplies, and office supplies; monitor stock levels and place replenishment orders as needed.- Keep fulfillment, storage, showroom, and shared office areas organized, clean, and operationally efficient.- Prepare and organize product samples for meetings, photo shoots, marketplace requests, and other business needs.- Collaborate with Operations, Production, E-Commerce, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to support timely fulfillment and resolve order or inventory issues.- Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.Requirements- 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce operations, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar hands-on operations role.- Experience with Shopify, Apparel Magic, DSCO, Mirakl, and/or similar e-commerce, ERP, marketplace, or order management systems preferred.- Experience with ShipStation or a similar shipping platform preferred.- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in order processing, receiving, and inventory management.- Excellent organization, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities based on daily business needs.- Highly dependable, proactive, and self-starting, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.- Clear verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.- Comfortable being on your feet for portions of the day and lifting and moving boxes up to 40 lbs.Compensation: $24-$28 per hour, depending on experience.
