SADSCO serves government tender (NUPCO), private hospital, pharmacy chains, and e-pharmacy channels across the Kingdom.Job RoleSADSCO is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to own digital commerce performance across the company's brand portfolio, with particular focus on MARNYS, Pharma Nord, and Hisamitsu/Salonpas and the marketplace ecosystem (Nahdi Online, Amazon, Noon Health, etc.). This role sits at the heart of SADSCO's digital transformation reporting to the Head of Commercial and including the rebuild of SADSCO website into a tiered commerce platform and is accountable for turning online traffic into profitable, repeatable revenue while keeping every transaction fully SFDA-compliant.Key ResponsibilitiesHold full P&L accountability for the e-commerce channel, setting and delivering revenue, margin, and growth targets across all online platforms.Manage SADSCO's presence and performance on Nahdi Online, Amazon, and Noon Health, including listing quality, pricing discipline, and promotional calendars.Drive conversion across the full funnel, traffic, product view, add-to-cart, checkout identifying and fixing drop-off points on both SADSCO website and marketplace storefronts.Set differentiated pricing strategies for e-commerce versus chain-pharmacy channels, protecting brand value while staying competitive online.Own the commercial and technical requirements for SADSCO Website e-commerce rebuild, working with developers and agencies to deliver a tiered model where OTC and supplement SKUs are transactional to create lead-generations Ensure UTM tagging discipline and clean handoffs from marketing campaigns into checkout, so every channel's contribution to online revenue is measurable.Oversee order fulfillment, inventory availability, and delivery performance for e-commerce orders in coordination with Supply Chain, resolving customer service issues quickly.Build loyalty, retention, and re-purchase mechanics for online customers, using purchase and behavioral data to personalize offers and increase customer lifetime value.Manage paid digital acquisition (Google Ads, Meta) in partnership with agency or in-house resources, holding channels accountable for ROAS and CAC targets.Ensure every online listing, promotion, and campaign is signed off through Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance and fully compliant with SFDA e-pharmacy requirements.Build and develop the e-commerce team's capability, and lead the organization's broader digital-commerce maturity as SADSCO scales its online footprint.Implement loyalty and retention programs to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior and drive personalized campaigns.Develop digital content strategies aligned with SADSCO's pharmaceutical and supplement product portfolio.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven e-commerce management experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG, with direct exposure to KSA marketplaces (Nahdi Online, Amazon, Noon, etc.).Strong command of e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, and web/marketplace analytics.Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong cross-functional communication skills.Commercial and financial acumen, comfortable owning a P&L and defending pricing and margin decisions.
