Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout usWycon Cosmetics is an Italian beauty brand founded in 2009 by Gianfranco Satta and Raffaella Pagano, with the vision of making high-quality make-up accessible by combining innovation, performance, and Made in Italy style.Today, Wycon Cosmetics operates over 300 stores worldwide, with an established presence across strategic markets in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, supported by an ambitious international expansion plan.Our 2026 AwardsBest Visual ExperienceBest Retailer EliteThe RoleFor our Dubai HQ, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business in the UAE and international markets.The role will be responsible for developing the e-commerce strategy, driving online sales and improving the overall digital customer experience, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product and IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive sales and profitability;Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, product catalogue and online merchandising;Monitor key KPIs including sales, conversion rate, AOV, traffic and customer retention;Identify opportunities to improve UX, CRO and customer journey;Coordinate digital campaigns, promotions and product launches across online channels;Manage CRM, email marketing and customer retention activities;Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities;Coordinate external agencies and technology partners.Requirements3–5 years of experience in E-commerce Management, preferably in beauty, fashion or retail;Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce analytics;Solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM, SEO and conversion optimization;Strong analytical and commercial mindset;Excellent organizational and communication skills;Fluent in English; Italian is a plus;Passion for beauty, fashion and digital innovation.What we offerThe opportunity to join a fast-growing Italian beauty brand at an exciting stage of international expansion and play a key role in developing our e-commerce business from our new Dubai HQ.Employment DetailsCompensation: Package and level will be aligned with experience and seniority.Contract type: Full-time
