As we continue to expand our digital presence, we're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven E-Commerce Officer to join our growing team.If you're passionate about technology, online retail, digital marketing, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the Tech n Sync e-commerce website.Manage our online marketplace stores (Jumia, Jiji, and other platforms).Manage the company's social media pages from an e-commerce perspective.Upload and update products, pricing, promotions, and inventory.Monitor online orders and coordinate order fulfilment.Respond promptly to customer enquiries across digital channels.Work with the Sales and Marketing team to execute online campaigns.Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.Drive online sales and grow our digital presence.RequirementsEducationDiploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any of the following:Information TechnologyComputer ScienceMarketingBusiness AdministrationE-CommerceOr a related fieldExperienceExperience managing an e-commerce website is an advantage.Experience using WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar CMS platforms is an advantage.Experience managing Jumia Seller Centre, Jiji, or other online marketplaces is an added advantage.Experience managing business social media pages is desirable.SkillsWe're looking for someone who is:Tech-savvy and digitally mindedHighly organised with excellent attention to detailCustomer-focusedProactive and able to work independentlyA strong communicatorComfortable using Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceFamiliar with Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT (an advantage)What You'll GetOpportunity to work with a growing technology retail brandHands-on experience in e-commerce and digital salesCareer growth opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentCompetitive remuneration based on experience and performanceLocation📍 Kaneshie, AccraHow to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV to:📧 info@technsync.com.ghSubject: Application – E-Commerce OfficerOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
