E-commerce Operation

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing Baby Care brand, for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead marketplace growth across Shopee and TikTok Shop.You will be responsible for driving marketplace strategy, sales growth, campaign execution, and platform partnerships while leading the marketplace operations team to achieve business objectives.Job Responbilities:Lead and oversee the overall operations of the company's Shopee and TikTok Shop stores.Develop and execute operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance. Manage and mentor the e-commerce operations team while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.Collaborate closely with Shopee and TikTok platform account managers to secure additional platform resources and marketing opportunities.Monitor platform performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.Job Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in marketplace/e-commerce operations.Proven experience managing Shopee and TikTok Shop stores.Experience handling leading FMCG or Baby Care brands is highly preferred.Managed a marketplace operations team.Strong understanding of marketplace operations, campaign planning, and platform ecosystem.Experience scaling a brand from 0 to 1 is a plus.
