About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Executive – Listing & Cataloging to manage product listings across multiple online marketplaces and our D2C website. The ideal candidate should have experience in product catalog management, listing optimization, inventory updates, and ensuring accurate product information across all platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other marketplaces.Upload product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, videos, pricing, and attributes.Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for better visibility.Maintain and update product catalogs, including new launches and discontinued products.Coordinate with the design team for banners, product images, and other listing assets.Update pricing, stock availability, and product details regularly.Monitor listing quality and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog issues.Ensure compliance with marketplace listing guidelines and policies.Work with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.Maintain product data in Excel/Google Sheets and prepare listing reports.Coordinate with marketplace support teams for catalog-related issues.Required Skills0–2 years of experience in e-commerce listing or catalog management.Experience with Shopify and major marketplaces is preferred.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Basic understanding of SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.Ability to manage multiple listings and meet deadlines.Good communication and coordination skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.Experience with product upload tools, ERP, or inventory management software is an advantage.Knowledge of image editing tools such as Canva or Photoshop is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salaryLearning and career growth opportunitiesExposure to multiple leading e-commerce platformsSupportive and collaborative work environmentPlease share your CV at Padmaja.pattanaik@hokmakeup.com
