E-Commerce Platform Manager – Dental Marketplace

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded E-Commerce Platform Manager to lead the growth and day-to-day management of our digital dental marketplace. This role is responsible for increasing dentist engagement, driving online sales, optimizing the customer experience, and ensuring the platform continuously evolves to meet market needs.The ideal candidate combines strong e-commerce knowledge with analytical thinking, digital marketing experience, and excellent project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platformDevelop and execute strategies to increase dentist registrations and active usersDrive online sales growth through campaigns, promotions, and engagement initiativesMonitor platform KPIs, including user acquisition, active users, conversion rates, average order value, customer retention, and sales performanceAnalyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve user experienceCollaborate with marketing on digital campaigns, email marketing, and promotional activitiesWork with product and technology teams to recommend new features and platform enhancementsIdentify pain points in the customer journey and implement improvementsManage product merchandising, promotions, banners, and online contentCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability and pricing accuracyTrack competitor activities and recommend initiatives to maintain market leadershipPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports for managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field3–5 years of experience managing an e-commerce platform or online marketplaceExperience with B2B e-commerce is highly preferredStrong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, dashboards, and reporting toolsUnderstanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social mediaExperience coordinating with developers and technology teamsStrong commercial mindset with excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience in healthcare, dental, or medical devices is an advantageWhat We OfferThe opportunity to lead the growth of an innovative dental e-commerce platformHigh visibility within the organization and direct impact on business growthA collaborative and entrepreneurial work environmentCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesCareer development opportunities within a growing healthcare technology businessWork Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
