Job Title: E-Commerce Sales and Customer Service SpecialistCompany: IPACK for Packaging SolutionsLocation: Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWork Arrangement: Primarily RemoteIPACK is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The position is primarily remote, with occasional attendance at the company’s location when required.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and process orders received through the company’s website.• Handle customer inquiries and sales conversations through WhatsApp.• Respond to customer questions regarding the company’s products and services.• Answer incoming sales and customer service calls.• Make outbound calls to potential customers and targeted organizations to generate sales opportunities and arrange meetings.• Manage and monitor the company’s online stores on Noon, Amazon, and Trendyol.• Monitor and respond to emails received through the company’s sales and general information email accounts.• Coordinate with the marketing agency and review the social media posts and content prepared by the agency.• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records of orders, inquiries, and sales opportunities.Required Qualifications:• Previous experience in e-commerce sales or customer service.• Experience managing online stores and e-commerce platforms.• Experience communicating with customers through WhatsApp, social media, email, and other digital channels.• Good telephone sales and outbound calling skills.• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer follow-up skills.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Strong commitment, professionalism, and responsiveness.• Good command of written and spoken English.• Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.• Applicants must be based in Jeddah or Riyadh.The company will provide the selected candidate with a computer and the necessary work tools.Applications will be evaluated based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.Interested candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn and submit their updated CV.
