About the Role

Reef Group is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of its e-commerce platforms, ensure product and inventory accuracy, streamline order fulfillment, and enhance the online customer experience. The role will collaborate with warehouse, marketing, customer service, technical support, and logistics teams to improve operational efficiency and support online sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring product listings, pricing, content, and promotions are accurate and up to date.Manage product catalog updates and monitor inventory accuracy across online platforms and warehouse systems.Supervise the order lifecycle, from processing to shipment and delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.Coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and payment providers to resolve operational issues.Monitor platform performance, payment functionality, shipment tracking, and order processing.Analyze product performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for operational improvements and sales growth.Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure platform readiness for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve order-related complaints, returns, and delivery issues.Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, orders, and operational performance.Support process improvements and e-commerce platform development initiatives.Required QualificationsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or online store management.Experience in product catalog management, inventory control, and order fulfillment.Knowledge of payment gateways, shipping integrations, ERP, and Order Management Systems (OMS).Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.Fluency in Arabic and English.Required SkillsE-commerce Operations and Platform ManagementProduct Catalog and Inventory ManagementOrder Fulfillment and Logistics CoordinationPerformance Monitoring and ReportingCustomer Experience OptimizationERP and Order Management Systems (OMS)Cross-functional Coordination and Problem-solvingWhy Join Us?Join Reef Group during an exciting stage of regional and international growth.
