E-Commerce Supervisor (F&B)

Manage and grow Bacha Coffee’s Tokopedia Store and TikTok Shop.Develop and execute monthly e-commerce sales and growth plans.Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, customer acquisition, and campaign performance.Develop marketplace promotions, bundles, vouchers, and campaign initiatives.Lead the TikTok Shop launch and development, including affiliate, creator, and live-commerce opportunities.Develop and push engaging short-form content to drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.Monitor TikTok and e-commerce trends and identify opportunities to reach new customer segments.Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth e-commerce execution.Ensure online stores maintain Bacha Coffee’s premium brand positioning and customer experience.Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
