Apply & track with Apply EdgeeLearning Developer – 6-Month Contract (approx. 4 days a week)Outside IR35 | Fully Remote | Occasional London travelStart date - w/c 14th September We’re looking for an experienced eLearning Developer to join a specialist professional and training organisation on an initial 6-month contract, supporting the development of a new digital learning offering for its members.The organisation operates within a regulated, professional and vocational environment, providing training, guidance and industry standards to a large membership community. They are currently investing in their digital learning provision and are looking for someone who can take ownership of the development of engaging, high-quality online training content.This is a hands-on role, ideal for an eLearning Developer who enjoys working closely with subject matter experts and can take learning content from initial concept through to a fully developed, LMS-ready module.You’ll be responsible for:Designing and developing engaging, interactive eLearning modules using Articulate StorylineCreating multimedia-rich digital learning content, incorporating appropriate graphics, interaction and other mediaProducing and testing SCORM-compliant learning packagesBuilding and integrating digital learning content into an LMSWorking closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical and specialist information into effective learning contentSupporting the wider Training & Education team with additional digital learning and content projects where requiredTaking ownership of your workload and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescalesTesting and quality-checking content to ensure a smooth learner experienceWe’re looking for someone who can work independently and hit the ground running, with strong hands-on experience developing digital learning.You’ll have:Strong Articulate Storyline experienceProven experience developing eLearning and multimedia contentExperience creating and packaging SCORM filesExperience building or uploading learning content into an LMSExperience working with SMEs and turning complex or specialist information into clear, engaging learningExcellent attention to detail and qualityA proactive, reliable and self-starting approachExperience working within a professional body, membership organisation, regulated industry, vocational training provider, awarding body or similar environment would be particularly valuable, especially where you have developed learning for a professional or specialist audience.If you're immediately available or coming to the end of a current contract and have strong Storyline development experience, we'd be keen to hear from you.
