E-learning Project Coordinator

About the Role·       Enthral is looking for a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented E-learning Content Project Coordinator to coordinate the design, development, review, quality validation, and delivery of digital learning content from an assigned client location in Nashik.·       The role will serve as a key coordination point between client stakeholders, SMEs, instructional designers, content developers, media teams, and Enthral’s internal project teams.·       This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, follow-up, documentation, communication, and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesE-learning Project Coordination·       Coordinate end-to-end e-learning content projects from requirements through final delivery.·       Translate client requirements into content briefs, project plans, trackers, and actionable tasks.·       Coordinate with instructional designers, content developers, graphic designers, animators, voice-over, video, and other content teams.·       Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, reviews, and approvals.·       Drive stakeholder follow-ups and proactively identify delays, risks, and resource constraints.·       Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.Content Development & Review·       Coordinate development of e-learning modules, courses, videos, animations, assessments, simulations, and other digital-learning assets.·       Review deliverables against approved briefs, storyboards, scripts, specifications, and client requirements.·       Coordinate SME/client reviews and consolidate feedback into clear, actionable inputs.·       Track revisions, comments, approvals, and final sign-offs.·       Maintain version control and accurate records of content changes.·       Coordinate translation, localization, voice-over, graphics, animation, and multimedia requirements.·       Support content migration and conversion, including SCORM and other digital-learning formats.Quality Assurance & Delivery·       Coordinate quality checks covering content, instructional design, visual design, functionality, narration, and technical aspects.·       Ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications and quality standards before client submission.·       Coordinate testing across required devices, browsers, and learning environments.·       Track defects, corrections, rework, and closure of quality issues.·       Ensure approved content is properly packaged, documented, and handed over for deployment.Client & Stakeholder Management·       Act as the day-to-day coordination point for assigned client stakeholders.·       Participate in requirement discussions, review meetings, status calls, and governance meetings.·       Communicate project status, milestones, dependencies, pending actions, and risks clearly.·       Coordinate with SMEs and business teams to obtain inputs, reviews, approvals, and sign-offs.·       Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure agreed actions are followed through.·       Escalate risks, blockers, scope concerns, and unresolved issues appropriately.·       Represent Enthral professionally at the client location.Project Governance & Reporting·       Maintain project plans, content trackers, review trackers, issue logs, risk registers, and action-item logs.·       Prepare periodic project status reports and management updates.·       Track planned versus actual progress and highlight schedule variances.·       Maintain records of approvals, sign-offs, change requests, and delivery milestones.·       Track scope changes and coordinate their impact on timelines and deliverables.·       Support process improvements and document lessons learned.Required Qualifications & Skills·       1–3 years of experience in e-learning content development, instructional design coordination, digital learning, content operations, project coordination, or a related field.·       Strong Marathi proficiency is mandatory — candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Marathi effectively.·       Good understanding of the e-learning content development lifecycle, including requirements, storyboarding, development, review, QA, revisions, and delivery.·       Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and activities against defined timelines.·       Understanding of digital-learning formats such as e-learning modules, videos, animations, assessments, simulations, and SCORM packages.·       Strong communication and client-handling skills.·       Excellent documentation, follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.·       Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.·       Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.·       Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Word, email, and project-tracking tools.·       Strong ownership, accountability, and delivery discipline.Preferred Skills·       Experience with enterprise e-learning or digital-learning projects.·       Exposure to instructional design, storyboarding, learning objectives, assessment design, or adult-learning principles.·       Familiarity with SCORM, LMS/LXP platforms, HTML5-based learning, video learning, animations, and interactive learning formats.·       Experience coordinating voice-over, translation, localization, graphic design, animation, or multimedia production.·       Experience working with enterprise clients, SMEs, business stakeholders, and distributed content-development teams.·       Familiarity with content QA, UAT, review cycles, change management, and approval processes.·       Experience preparing client-facing project reports, dashboards, or presentations.·       Basic understanding of project management concepts such as milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.What Success Looks Like·       Timely and well-coordinated
