E-Learning Training Designer – Payments Compliance Location: London Remote UKContract : 12 monthsSalary : £40,000 paWe’re hiring a Compliance Training Designer to join a leading global technology organisation, creating engaging and practical learning content for teams operating within a regulated Payments Compliance environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Instructional Designer / Learning Designer who enjoys taking complex processes and turning them into clear, engaging and easy-to-follow training.What You’ll Be DoingDesign and develop engaging digital learning and onboarding content for Payments Compliance teams.Build interactive training using Rise 360.Work closely with subject matter experts to understand complex processes and translate them into practical learning experiences.Break down regulatory requirements, policies and workflows into simple, learner-friendly content.Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices throughout your work.Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders and continuously improve training content.Manage learning projects from initial requirements through to launch.Communicate effectively with stakeholders around content development, updates and launches.What We’re Looking For3–5 years’ experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design or Digital Learning.Strong hands-on experience with Rise 360.Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.Experience designing onboarding, process or role-based training.Excellent ability to simplify complex information and processes.Strong stakeholder and project management skills.Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.Experience within payments, fintech, financial services, compliance or another regulated environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.If you’re an experienced Instructional Designer who loves turning complex information into training that is clear, practical and genuinely useful, we’d love to hear from you.
