The E-Picker is responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders placed through Growhub’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring that plants and related products are handled carefully and prepared for timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks include checking order details, locating items in the warehouse or storage areas, verifying product quality and labels, and preparing items for dispatch using company systems and tools. The role also involves maintaining organized shelves and storage zones, reporting stock discrepancies or damages, and following safety, quality, and sustainability guidelines. The E-Picker collaborates with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to support efficient order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.Qualifications Order fulfillment and warehouse operations skills, including picking, packing, labeling, and basic inventory handling.Attention to detail and quality control skills to verify product accuracy, condition, and order completeness.Basic digital literacy, including the ability to use handheld devices, inventory systems, or e-commerce order management tools.Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple orders and meet daily productivity and delivery targets.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move items safely, and work in a warehouse or nursery environment.Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service colleagues.Understanding of basic safety and hygiene practices; experience working with plants or in agriculture, retail, or warehousing is an advantage.Willingness to learn about plant types, handling requirements, and Growhub’s sustainability-focused practices.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in order picking or warehouse roles in the UAE is a plus.
